1 stick butter, 1 stick, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded happy cow regular cheese 1/2 cup shredded happy cow cheddar cheese 1/3 cup fresh green onion (50 g), sliced
1 baguette, 8 inch (20 cm)
Uncover happy cow cheddar and regular slices, stack them together & freeze the
entire stack for a few hours.
Preheat the oven to 200°c
In a bowl shred 1/2 cup happy cow cheese from the block frozen earlier.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, happy cow cheese & green onions, & mix until smooth.
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise, then spread the cheese mixture evenly on both sides of the baguette.
Place on a tray lined with parchment paper & bake for about 15 minutes, until cheese
is bubbly and starting to brown on the edges.
Slice, cool, then serve.
Sprinkle some more happy cow cheese on top for an extra cheesy touch!
