INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped Happy Cow Mozzarella Cheese
1⁄2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
1⁄2 cup finely chopped capsicum Shredded boiled chicken
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder Frozen pizza dough
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup chopped Happy Cow Mozzarella Cheese, shredded boiled chicken, 1⁄2 cup finely chopped onion, 1⁄4 cup finely chopped tomato, and 1⁄2 cup finely chopped capsicum. Mix it well.Add 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes (or as per your taste), 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper powder, and salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients very well.
Roll the dough ball to a small circular disk and place 2-3 tablespoons of happy cow cheese stuffing on it.
Bring the edges together in the middle and join them.
Dust some flour and start rolling the paratha.
Gently roll the paratha to a round shape, make it slightly thick.
Heat the tawa (griddle) and place the paratha on it. Cook the paratha for a minute. Sprinkle some more happy cow cheese on top for that extra cheesy bite!
